As a practicing school superintendent, I strongly believe the greatest impact we can make for our students is to have a great teacher in every classroom. Further, we need to insure that the the coaches, administrators, secretaries, bus drivers, custodians... all people who come into contact with our children are the best of the best that we can either discover or develop.  The purpose of this blog is to encourage the exchange of ideas and thoughts about the incredible world of personnel.
